Was born in 20.03.1969, in Yerevan.
1993 graduated from Yerevan Engineering University.
He is one of the co-founders of “Akos” Cultural NGO.
1994-2000 worked in National TV as an assistant of editor.
In 2000 was a director-editor of the weekly “Yerevanian Orer”.2004-2008 worked on TV Company “Kentron” as a political adviser.He is a social analytic and is studying social relations, the culture of social relations after collapsing Soviet Union and the effect of culture on political processes.
