A “Military Art” workshop and
exhibition at Formverk (art zone)

During two weeks Formverk (art zone) has conducted a workshop with the theme of Military Art.Military Art-concept was initiated by an Armenian artist, Alexander Melkonyan, where the meaning is to process reality and analyze what comes out of different country’s military history, and every man’s personal story and the impression of military action.
We will worke alongside our own projects, using each other’s experience and approached the concept with different artistic expressions.
The exhibition will include paintings, photography, installation and video, created especially for Formverk (art zone)’s place, where we took the opportunities to make site-specific work.
